  1. Do you have a retail shop in Singapore?
    We do not have a retail shop for the simple reason that we can save on shop rental and pass on the savings to you, our customer. Our prices are much lower than in retail shops!

  2. Is it safe to enter my personal information on your website?
    We keep all our customers' personal information strictly confidential, and only use these information in accordance to our privacy policy. We value your privacy - we will never rent or sell your particulars and we assure you all information provided is held in the strictest of confidentiality.

  3. How can you assure me that my order will be delivered after I make payment?
    We are a legitimate, registered business in Singapore in operation. We have valid contact information. And we are not keen on getting ourselves into trouble by running away with small amounts of money and not delivering goods.

  4. Can I place my order over the phone/email?
    Of course, you can place your order over the phone or email if you are not comfortable about entering personal details online.

  5. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment by Internet Banking/ATM Funds Transfer from DBS bank accounts, cheques, cash or credit cards.

  6. Do you deliver or ship outside Singapore?
    No. We only deliver all packages materials to a Singapore address.

  7. How much do you charge for delivery in Singapore?
    We provide FREE DELIVERY within Singapore, if your order is over S$200.00. If your order falls below S$200.00, please refer to our transport charge schedule. Self-collection options are also available.

  8. How long does it take to process/deliver my order?
    We will only process and deliver an order after payment is received. Orders are typically dispatched latest by the next working day (if orders are received by 10.30 am). Orders should reach you within 4 business days.

  9. It's already been 4 working days, why hasn't my order arrived in the mail yet?
    4 working days is the guideline given by our transporter for the delivery of order. Although 98% of the time packages arrive on time, there are instances whereby packages take longer than usual to arrive. We cannot guarantee the timely arrival of packages sent as we have no control over the transporter. We request for your understanding and try to be as flexible as possible.

  10. What are the delivery and cut-off timings for courier delivery option?
    For next day delivery, we need to receive your payment by 10.30am. Of course, we will also try to deliver to you the same day where possible. 

  11. What are the self-collection timings and locations available?
    Self-collection timings must be arranged in advance, as we need to make prior arrangement with our warehouse contractors. We store our packaging materials in various locations and we will provide you the self-collection location once the timing is agreeable. Our staff will hand over your packaging materials to you. Please check carefully before you leave.

  12. I want the package delivered to my office.
    Orders can be delivered to your office.  Please inform your full address and we will be able to advise you the additional costs due to the CBD ERP and high parking charges. Also additional manpower/driver may be required, due to lack of parking space around the building. However, depending on our delivery schedule and the size of order, we will keep any additional low.

  13. I am looking for a particular product but I can't find it in your catalog. Can I place a special order?
    Yes, we can help you order what you want. Please let us know what you are looking for and we will advise availability and pricing.
