Product Guarantee

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your products from Moving Essentials. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product in anyway you may ask for a full refund of the products or exchange them within 3 days of receipt. You will then need to return the goods following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

The product must be returned in its original condition. You must make your arrangement for the return of the goods. All packs must be returned. No partial packs accepted. To make a return, you must contact us to complete the Return Form.
Due to processing fees, full or partial cancelled orders and returned goods will be charged S$30.00 cancellation fee (before delivery) and S$50.00 after delivery.  

Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 4 business days, you may cancel your order without having to pay any cancellation charge. The business day after your order placement (prior to 11.00 am) is considered the first delivery day. If your order has been delivered, you must make your arrangement for the return of the goods and upon receipt into our warehouse, your account will be credited when the package is received by our company. To make a return, you must fill out the Return Form.

Lost Delivery Guarantee

Your money will be refunded, if your order is lost, misaddressed or incorrectly delivered without charges. To make a lost delivery claim, you must fill out the Return Form.
